COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Save the Storks today announces the appointment of Helene Vallone as its new Chief Marketing and Philanthropy Officer. The national organization empowers women facing unplanned pregnancies by providing care, including services at its mobile medical clinics in cities nationwide.
Vallone comes to Save the Storks after serving in various critical roles at UNICEF USA, most recently as Vice President, Direct Response. As an early adopter of data modeling and insights, Vallone drove growth through a donor-centric approach that transformed UNICEF USA’s mass audience program and earned industry recognition.
Vallone said, “It’s an honor and a natural progression to join Save the Storks, having dedicated my career to helping safeguard children’s lives around the world. Our mission to save babies by empowering women with compassion and without judgment is one of the most critical efforts of our time. In my role, I look forward to advancing our mission with innovative strategies that will raise awareness and save more babies for generations to come.”
Diane Ferraro, CEO of Save the Storks, said the organization is thrilled to welcome Vallone to the mission. “Helene Vallone joining Save the Storks as Chief Marketing and Philanthropy Officer is an incredible blessing for our organization, for women and for preborn babies. Her depth of knowledge and years of experience bringing awareness to the most critical childhood issues around the world will guide our Equal Access to Motherhood efforts, ultimately saving the lives of more babies and serving more women,” Ferraro said.
