Ten-day series leads into Giving Tuesday, showcasing stories of faith and redemption for women and families facing unplanned pregnancies

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.Save the Storks has launched their year-end theme, Delivering Hope, designed to deliver hope, transform fear into faith and turn uncertainty into life for mothers facing unplanned pregnancy.

The organization’s 10 Days of Giving campaign kicks off its end-of-year message, Delivering Hope. The 10-day initiative leading up to Giving Tuesday, November 25, encourages individuals and families to unite in creating a culture of hope. 10 Days of Giving will feature stories of courage, healing and new beginnings, and will highlight how compassion and faith can change the course of a life.

“When a woman faces an unplanned pregnancy, fear often feels louder than faith,” said Dr. Karysse Hutson, National Medical Director for Save the Storks. “Our work at Save the Storks reminds her that she’s not alone and offers her the holistic support she needs to continue her pregnancy. The Delivering Hope campaign shows that every heartbeat, every story, every act of courage is proof that life and love still triumph.”

Through 10 Days of Giving, Save the Storks invites supporters to follow daily stories highlighting what hope looks like in action — from courtroom courage to healing after heartbreak. Each day features a unique theme underscoring how everyday people deliver hope to mothers, fathers and families in crisis.

The campaign’s first theme, Delivering Hope Begins with You, celebrates the believers, donors and volunteers who make Save the Storks’ work possible. “You are the heartbeat of this movement,” the organization writes. Over the coming days, the campaign will share firsthand accounts that reveal how faith in action can transform fear into peace.

On Day 2 — Delivering Hope Through Courage, Save the Storks shares how the organization is standing with pregnancy resource centers before the U.S. Supreme Court, defending their right to serve women with compassion and truth.

“Hope is not quiet,” Dr. Karysse Hutson said. “It sometimes looks like courage in the face of opposition and a voice for life that cannot be silenced.”

Subsequent days highlight the power of a father’s voice, the miracle of an abortion-pill reversal and the redemption of families walking through grief toward renewed purpose.

On Day 4, for instance, one of the organization’s supporters called Save the Storks CEO Diane Ferraro, with a desperate young woman on the other end of the phone who had taken the abortion pill and immediately regretted it. After prayer and swift action, the woman’s baby’s heartbeat was heard three days later — a tangible moment of life restored.

“Delivering Hope isn’t just a campaign — it’s what happens when someone chooses to answer the call,” Ferraro said.

Other featured stories include Alicia, a survivor of abuse who found safety and direction through a pregnancy resource center; Lana, a teenager whose “maybe” became a miracle after seeing her child’s heartbeat on an ultrasound; and Emily, an adoptee and director of marketing at Save the Storks, who wrote a heartfelt letter thanking her birth mother for choosing life.

“For women like Alicia, hope means safety and dignity for themselves and their children,” Dr. Karysse Hutson said. “For families like Emily’s, it’s a legacy of love that lasts for generations.”

The campaign also honors the medical professionals and volunteers who embody the organization’s mission every day. Day 7 — Delivering Hope Through Healing Hands features the quiet faith of physicians like Dr. Hutson, who pray before each procedure and see each heartbeat as a reminder of divine purpose.

Delivering Hope will conclude with Day 10 — Delivering Hope: Together, calling supporters nationwide to partner with Save the Storks on Giving Tuesday to expand life-affirming outreach through mobile medical clinics, church partnerships and digital platforms that connect women to care 24/7.

“Together, we are writing new stories of redemption,” Dr. Karysse Hutson said. “From courtrooms to clinics, we are proving that hope still wins.”

DEAR READER

We hope this article enlightened and inspired you to stand up for life.

Despite the overturning of Roe v. Wade, abortions are still prevalent in our nation. As a response to the overturning, the media: from the news to entertainment sources to even political figures and celebrities, have pushed abortion as an ongoing agenda, shaping the way this generation thinks and acts. Misinformation is being spread every day, and people are sadly believing the lies.

Our articles and stories aim to tell one thing: the truth.

We know that it is both a blessing and a challenge to understand the reality of abortion, because knowledge incites belief, and belief incites action. But we’re in this together. We believe that we can make abortion unthinkable.

With your support, we look forward to a future where young women are empowered to fight for their own rights: a right to bring life into the world, to be fearless leaders, to be examples of hope, strength, and undeterred resilience. We look forward to a future where life can happen.

If this article strengthened your belief to reach women everywhere with the truth and to let life happen, then please consider helping us extend our reach by making a gift right now. Your gift of just $10 or $20 helps our mission to create a story of hope and empowerment for every woman facing an unplanned pregnancy.

We aim to create a culture that views “pro-life” as equivalent to having empathy and compassion, providing holistic care (before and beyond pregnancy) and education, and most importantly, choosing to speak and act in love. We are pro-life, pro-love, pro-woman, pro-solution.

Don’t just be part of the movement, be part of the solution, and give today.
