Digital Media Manager

Job Summary:
Save the Storks are seeking a mission-driven Digital Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid and organic social media and digital advertising campaigns. This role will also play a critical part in SEO strategy, website redesign, tagging, and pixel management to strengthen audience targeting, donor tracking, and overall digital performance. The position is central to advancing our fundraising, donor acquisition, and advocacy goals through data-driven strategy, technical expertise, and compelling storytelling. The ideal candidate combines analytical and technical mastery with a passion for digital storytelling that inspires generosity and community engagement.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Digital, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital media buying, SEO, and social media management with proven fundraising and donor acquisition results.
- Strong understanding of social media landscape including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and programmatic DSPs.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO tools and attribution modeling.
- Strong technical skills with pixels, UTM codes, tagging frameworks, and CRM/advertising integrations.
- Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar) for video editing, graphic design, and content creation.
- Experience with Sprout Social is a plus.
- A passion for Save the Storks’ mission and values.
- Demonstrated success in managing website tagging, SEO, and analytics for website redesign projects.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communicator with a donor-centered approach to storytelling and digital engagement.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and brands in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment.
- Highly organized, self-starter with strong project management, copywriting, and verbal communication skills.
Physical and Other Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Travel required up to 10% of the year
